What are the payment terms?
Milestone-based billing: 30% at kickoff, 40% at mid-delivery, 30% at handover. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. We accept wire transfer, Wise, Deel, and Remote platform payments. Contracts are a straightforward 2-page SOW with clear deliverables and timelines.
What happens if scope changes mid-engagement?
If the change is minor (under 10% of original scope), we absorb it. For larger changes, we send a brief change order with revised timeline and cost before proceeding. You are never surprised by a bill. If we discover the original scope was wrong during the Diagnose phase, we will tell you before charging for implementation.
How quickly can work start?
Decision Sprints can begin within 3–5 business days of contract signing. Automation Builds typically start within 1–2 weeks depending on current engagement load. We maintain a maximum of 2 concurrent clients to protect delivery quality.
Is the Decision Sprint refundable?
Yes. If after 5 days you don't see a clear path to 80%+ faster releases, we refund the full fee. If you proceed with an Automation Build, the $3,500 is credited toward your build investment. Zero risk either way.
